The whys and wherefores

Our history

Founded in 2018 by Eric Nivoix and Matthieu Boient, Foodomarket was born from their experience in marketplaces and the observation of the challenges faced by restaurant owners, in particular Eric's wife, as well as the functioning of wholesale markets.
To face the major challenges of managing multiple suppliers, price fluctuations and complex logistics, Eric and Matthieu created a platform simplifying the buying and selling of food products online.

Our mission

Suggest a single platform for restaurant owners and other players in out-of-home catering, from producer to restaurant owner where restaurant owners and Chefs benefit from negotiated prices from all suppliers, wholesalers, partner producers regardless of the category (fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, drinks, packaging, etc.).

“My aim was to allow restaurant owners to easily access numerous suppliers and to compare several offers for each product, thus guaranteeing fair prices and a varied offer. It is now done and we continue to work every day to offer the best service.
